Domaine Rosset - Viognier 2023 - 75cl

A grape variety originating from the northern Côtes-du-Rhône, Viognier stands out from other white varieties with its bouquet of apricot and peach. This wine, produced from a limited yield, was aged in vats to preserve its aromatic typicity. Vinified without malolactic fermentation, it retains a good liveliness in the mouth. Pairs well with fish, seafood, poultry, asparagus, artichokes, cheeses and white chocolate.
